照片規格詳列如下:

1. 6個月之內拍攝
2. 需脫帽
3. 需以素色背景拍攝
4. 眼睛正視相機鏡頭拍攝，無特殊表情且雙唇閉合。
5. 眼睛必須張開且清晰可見，不能被頭髮遮蓋，呈現清楚的眼、鼻、口輪廓
6. 如有配戴眼鏡，不能有閃光反射在眼鏡上(自2010年1月1日起不可提供有配戴眼鏡之相片)
7. 對焦清晰且鮮明，高品質且無墨跡或摺痕
